We are offering an opportunity to Airdrie Non-Profit organization to showcase their program at our park on public run days. We we will set up a 10x10' tent, a table, and chairs for your use close to the entrance to our station, where our visitors pass through to get their journey tickets. You will assign at least one member of your organization to showcase your program through posters and pamphlets, sample of your wares, and discusssions with our visitors, etc. You would also be encouraged to use any other locations in our park you feel might be appropriate or better suited to showcase your offerings.
Note that on our run days, we usually see anywhere between 200 and 1,500 visitors, depending on the weather.
We will feature the name your organization on our web landing page. We will also list as your organization's name on this web schedule page and our Facebook page in advance as well as on our Instagram page.
There is no cost to your organization to participate in this program. Again, this is ONLY available to Airdrie registered non-profit organizations.
Depending on space requirements we will likely need limit participation to one, or possibly two, organizations per run day. So please contact us as soon as possible, at least 2 weeks before you plan to participate. But understand that your "preferred slot" might not be available if you wait too long.
